The elder scrolls online designers5/19/2023 The only cities I've seen so far that don't have that issue (or less) are Orsinium and most of the cities in Vvardenfell, although the latter still have a fair bit of copy paste interiors. It's particularly bad in the Breton zones, because the inside of their castles doesn't match the outside (no balconies etc.) and the proportions look all wrong. They do this in Summerset too - there's a quest where you go to the manor of a nobleman and then the housing of his servants/employees right after and the buildings and interiors are the exact same - immersion broken instantly. In the base game, building designs are reused every single time, and it kinda breaks the immersion.
